Our ASF500 extraction filter units are specially designed for the continuous extraction and separation of highly potent, toxic and explosive dusts.
Three configurations, Basic, Medium and Premium, offer the right solution for every requirement. In the Premium version, in addition to generating negative pressure for upstream machines, the unit also handles negative pressure control for smooth, safe operation. Thanks to their compact design, our mobile extraction filter units can be easily integrated into existing production lines, even where space is limited.
Designed for the Highest Demands
The extraction filter units are prepared for every application – depending on the configuration, they meet the requirements for processing hazardous substances classified as OEB3 or OEB5. The Premium configuration features high-quality stainless steel cladding and meets the stringent requirements for installation in cleanrooms according to the EU GMP Guidelines.
More Than Just Exhaust Air Filters
To ensure safe and efficient filtration of highly potent, toxic or explosive dusts, the extraction filter units offer two HEPA filter stages and filter cleaning. Depending on the configuration, safe and contamination-free filter replacement using “Safe Change” is possible.
- 1st filter stage: class H13 HEPA filter
- 2nd filter stage: class H14 HEPA filter
- Efficient filter cleaning during ongoing operation
